1. Description of Services

SANGITECH delivers enterprise-grade IT integration and deployment solutions, specializing in:

• Cloud migration, design, and hybrid architecture setups.
• Cybersecurity audits, enterprise firewall configurations, and endpoint protection.
• Server, SAN/NAS storage, and hyperconverged infrastructure design.
• Sourcing, deployment, and configuration of enterprise hardware and software licenses.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and on-site support.

2. Software Licensing and Procurement

All software licenses (including Microsoft 365, Azure, Zoho, etc.) and hardware warranties procured through SANGITECH are subject to the direct terms, conditions, and end-user licensing agreements (EULA) of their respective vendor manufacturers.

3. Fees, Sourcing, and Payment Terms

For custom configurations, procurements, and support services:

• Detailed deliverables, milestones, and fees are defined in client-specific Service Orders or Statements of Work.
• Payments are due in accordance with the timeline specified in the invoice. SANGITECH reserves the right to suspend support or license renewals in the event of non-payment.
• Hardware and software licensing costs are subject to vendor pricing adjustments.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must cooperate with our engineering teams by providing necessary system parameters, server room access, and accurate configuration requirements. SANGITECH is not liable for service delays or configuration errors resulting from inaccurate client disclosures.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this website—including logo designs, trademarks, text, graphics, custom interactive SVG code, and diagrams—is owned by or licensed to SANGITECH and is protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANGITECH, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption, resulting from network downtime, vendor software errors, or hardware failures.

7. Service Availability and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate website content or client support services at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, subject to contractual commitments in active Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India.
